Movie Story
Maisie Lockwood’s release of dinosaurs into North America was shown in the final part of the “Jurassic World” film series. “I had to. Similar to myself. They had life, “She reasoned, and there was no turning back from that point on. Now, “Dominion” picks up after “Fallen Kingdom” as the dinosaurs had practically taken over the earth. “We are racing toward the extinction of our species,” Dr. Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum) states in the trailer to set the scenario. “We not only lack mastery over nature, but we are also subservient to it,” he continues.
Colin Trevorrow confirmed to Collider that “Jurassic World: Dominion’s” plot does not adhere to conventional film format. Instead, two parallel tracks are followed by the film. On one side are Owen, Claire, and Maisie, while on the other are Ellie, Alan, and Ian. “[We are] creating two parallel stories that are getting closer and closer together… and you can see how they’re going to connect, and then they do.”
Owen, Claire, and Maisie’s perspective on the film’s tale was provided in the second trailer. It opens with the reunion of Owen and Blue, as well as the discovery that the Velociraptor had a kid. Nevertheless, the infant is abducted seconds later. Owen promises to retrieve her, but we know from previous encounters that this will not be a simple task. In the meantime, the original trio is in a race against time to prevent an ecological catastrophe.
