Movie Story
The official plot of Top Gun: Maverick is obviously being kept under wraps until the film’s release, but promotional teasers and trailers allow us to speculate. In the film, Maverick will train the next generation of Navy aviators, but things will become complex when he is sent to train a crew for a dangerous mission.
Pictures from the film’s set depicted Tom Cruise and Jennifer Connelly replicating the classic motorcycle scene from the first film, suggesting that we may even see fresh versions of our favorite scenes. Maverick may be a new instructor with a new love interest, but he has remained much the same guy he has always been, pushing boundaries and enjoying it.
Top Gun: Maverick will also contain outstanding actual stunts, since Cruise and the other actors flew real fighter jets instead of depending on CGI, and Cruise claims he performs the majority of his own stunts as usual. Undoubtedly, the anticipation will be well worth it.
