Movie Story
The official teaser trailer appears to begin with one of the film’s opening moments, presumably the part that establishes Julie’s sense of dread and paranoia, so setting the stage for the remainder of the film’s events. After what appears to be a brief and restless night, we see Julie getting ready for work.
She walks to a wide window in her apartment’s bedroom and looks out onto the dark, wet streets of Bucharest, where she is residing. As she scans the neighboring building for signs of life, she notices the silhouette of a man in a window. He appears to be looking her directly in the eyes. Francis, her husband, is the one to break the tension by asking, “Can’t sleep?”
The teaser then turns to the next morning, when Julie notifies her husband about the strange voyeur, who seemed unconcerned. It continues with flashes from the film of mystery animals lurking in the background, intercut with close-ups of Julie’s increasingly worried and agitated face.
The suspense builds until a woman’s scream is heard and a body is removed from a bloody bed, after which the film concludes. In the final scene of the trailer, a composed and composed Julie goes down the hallway toward the entrance to her apartment.
As she approaches the door, she observes that it is wide open, which prompts her to halt abruptly. As she cautiously approaches the open door and peers inside, she sees a dark figure standing exactly inside the entrance and staring at her with a sour expression.
